What is RSS & Podcasting?
RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication, automatically downloads feeds of your favorite latest IsraelNationalRadio.com shows directly to your computer.

 

Podcasting, allows you to listen to audio programs whenever and wherever you choose. Podcasts are MP3 audio files that are automatically downloaded, and then transferred to an iPod or other MP3 player.

 

How do I get started?
Simply download and install an RSS news reader (aggregator), or podcasting software (podcatcher)onto your computer. Although aggregators and podcatchers vary, each should provide instructions on how to add RSS/podcast feeds to your list.

 

There are many readers available and most are free. My Yahoo is an example of a free, web-based RSS reader (More RSS Aggregators).  iTunes is a free podcatcher you can download (More podcatching software).

 

For Podcasting, you will need an ipod or MP3 player.  If you have one, you can begin podcasting today.

 

To Listen:
Simply subscribe to an IsraelNationalRadio.com audio feed

and add it to your aggregator or podcatcher, and you will be

ready to listen to IsraelNationalRadio.com's latest shows.

2) Select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location"
